Loans follow the bank's standard approval process. The bank's processing fee is paid by the customer.

Net metering

With an on-grid or hybrid system, MSEDCL installs a net meter. It records the power you take from the grid and the extra solar power you send back, and your bill is adjusted for the difference.

We file the net-metering application and coordinate the MSEDCL inspection.

Frequently asked questions

Who can get the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?

Indian households with their own house, a roof suitable for solar and a valid residential electricity connection. The household should not have taken another subsidy for rooftop solar. Commercial and industrial systems are not covered by this residential subsidy.

How much subsidy will I get?

The central subsidy is ₹30,000 for 1 kW, ₹60,000 for 2 kW and ₹78,000 for 3 kW and above. The government decides and pays the final amount; we confirm the current amount for your system before you order.

When does the subsidy reach my account?

Usually 15–45 days after your system is installed and inspected. It is paid directly into your bank account.

Do you apply for the subsidy for me?

Yes. We are a registered vendor through RSRB Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. and file the PM Surya Ghar application and the MSEDCL net-metering application for you.

What is net metering?

A net meter records the power you take from the grid and the extra solar power you send to it. MSEDCL adjusts the difference in your bill, so you pay only for the net units you use.

Yes. We help you apply with nationalised banks and private NBFCs. The loan follows the bank's standard process, and the bank's processing fee is paid by the customer.

Can I get both a loan and the subsidy?

Yes. You can take a loan for your system and still receive the subsidy for an eligible home system.

How much roof space do I need?

Roughly 80–100 sq ft of shadow-free roof per kW. We confirm this during the site visit.

How long does installation take?

7–10 days after your order. MSEDCL inspection and the net meter follow after that.

What warranty and maintenance do I get?

A 5-year warranty on the whole system and 1 year of free maintenance from us. Panel and inverter makers also give their own product warranties.
