This notice explains how Noviq Energies, a unit of RSRB Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U43222ME2026PTC474293), handles personal data you share through this website, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you fill an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email (if given), district, PIN code, details about your electricity use, roof and business, and your message. We also record the page you came from and campaign tags (such as utm_source) to understand which adverts work.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you, plan a site visit, prepare a quotation, and help with subsidy, net-metering or loan applications if you choose to go ahead. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Our sales and installation team. Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and Gmail accounts owned by the company. If you go ahead with an order, the details needed for your application are shared with MSEDCL, the PM Surya Ghar portal and, if you ask for a loan, your chosen bank or NBFC.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond to your enquiry and serve you as a customer, and as required by law for records of completed work.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing noviq.solar0@gmail.com or calling +91 84599 05359. We will respond within a reasonable time.
